Strategic Plan
The strategic plan was created in part through the input of 35 individuals representing teachers, staff, parents, business partners, community members, board members and administrators. This multi-stakeholder approach resulted in four strategic initiatives: Full-day Kindergarten, Facilities, Communication/Community Engagement and High School Bell Schedule. The plan was developed in 2014-2015 school year and approved by the Department of Education in 2015.

Facilities Strategic Initiative
The Avon Grove School District has been tasked with evaluating the state of the existing infrastructure and creating a plan for future repairs, maintenance, renovations and/or new builds.
Full-Day Kindergarten
Avon Grove School District has implemented full-day kindergarten beginning with the 2017-2018 school year.
